Business Delivery:
If the cemetery is not capable of receiving the shipment, the headstone may be delivered to a local business such as your employer, relative's business or monument dealer. Sorry, no home based businesses allowed. We will need to obtain signed Authorization for Deliveryform from the owner or manager. You will need to confirm that there will be someone there to assist the truck driver in unloading the headstone if needed. In some instances if the delivery point is in a rural area beyond the delivery coverage of the freight company, the headstone may be picked up at the nearest freight terminal. Also in some cases when a truck with a lift-gate to unload the headstone is necessary, an extra delivery charge may be applied.
NOTE: If delivery is to a business, then customer assumes all responsibility for ensuring the headstone meets the cemetery's requirements.
Residential Delivery:
We can only ship the bronze plaque without granite to a home address. No granite headstone products will be shipped to a residential address. No Exceptions.

URNS, CREMATION JEWELRY & ACCESSORIES
All in stock urns, keepsake jewelry and accessories are shipped regular ground free of charge normally within 24 hours (unless otherwise stated) via UPS, FedEx, or a other reliable delivery service. Expected delivery time is 3-7 working days. Any merchandise that requires customization may take extra time before shipping.
Overnight & 2nd Day Delivery
No weekend or holiday delivery; no APO/FPO deliveries. Cremation urns and Keepsake Pendants can be shipped overnight or 2nd day delivery depending on product availability and final destination. ALL ORDERS TO BE SHIPPED OVERNIGHT OR 2ND DAY DELIVERY MUST BE IN BY 12:00 PM CENTRAL STANDARD TIME. ANY ORDER IN AFTER 12:00 PM MAY BE SHIPPED ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. DELIVERY COMPANY HAS UNTIL THE END OF THE DAY TO DELIVER PRODUCT. Any merchandise that requires custom engraving or the addition of a name plate will be delayed by 24-48 hours unless otherwise stated.
CERAMIC PICTURES
Due to customization of this product it usually ships out in 5 - 7 weeks from the time we receive the picture. Additionally production is halted for a 2 week period over the Christmas/New Years Day holidays thus adding 2 weeks to production for orders that carry over during this period.
FLAG CASES
Most flag case orders ship out within 1-3 days of receipt of your order excluding weekends and holidays. All flag cases and accessories are shipped via UPS or other reliable service of your choice.
MONUMENTS, HEADSTONES and MAUSOLEUMS
Product usually ships out in 5-7 weeks from the time your order is received. All Monuments, Headstones and Mausoleums are shipped ground freight or other reliable service of your choice.
STATUES
Product usually ships out in 2-4 days depending on availability. The smaller statues are shipped by UPS or other reliable service. Some of the larger statues (30" and larger) may ship via ground freight and may require additional shipping. You will be notified if necessary.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
Sheboygan Monument does not ship its products to international destinations.
*Free delivery is limited to the 48 contiguous US states.
* Payment
Sheboygan Monument Co. must be paid in full before the order is submitted to the manufacturer. On cemetery markers, purchaser will receive a layout for their approval. Production will not begin until signed copy of layout is received from purchaser by Sheboygan Monument Co. and memorial has been paid in full. We accept payments in the form of credit cards, money orders and personal checks. Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. There will be a fee of $35.00 for all returned checks.
* Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within the state of Wisconsin at the rate of 5.7%. Purchaser will be responsible for any applicable taxes in states other than Wisconsin.
* Cancellations
Purchaser has the right to cancel an order up to 48 hours after payment is made.
* Contract
In addition to the terms below, each monument, headstone and mausoleum sale has its own agreed contractual terms and conditions. Each aspect of the sale of a monument, headstone and mausoleum will be spelled out in the contract. Aspects may include but are not limited to design, size, color, lettering, freight, delivery, installation and payment options
* Cemetery Acceptance and Delivery
Sheboygan Monument requires signed approval from each cemetery before an order is placed. This is a courtesy service provided to our customers to verify the order placed is within the cemeteries rules and regulations. Providing this service is to help the customer verify the cemetery will accept their order, however, it is solely the responsibility of the buyer to insure the item they are purchasing is within all cemetery rules and regulations.
* Cemetery Installation Fees & Regulations
Sheboygan Monument is not responsible for any cemetery or installation fees. The prices you see on sheboyganmonument.com do not include the cost of installation. Many cemeteries will have fees for installation and endowment care that you will pay directly to them. Check with them to find out what those charges might be. Most cemeteries require payment in full before accepting delivery of a memorial. When you check with them about their rules and regulations, verify when the payment has to be made. It may be possible to pay them as soon as you order the memorial. Sheboygan Monument Co. will do everything in its power to ensure that all memorials and mausoleums sold meet the requirements of the cemetery in which it is being installed. It is, however, ultimately the responsibility of the purchaser that the memorial conforms to cemetery regulations.
* Natural Materials
When purchasing a memorial, the purchaser acknowledges that granite and marble are natural materials with variations in color and characteristics. Occasionally, cemeteries require granite be a color of their choosing. Please contact the cemetery to see if a particular granite color is required. All dimensions listed on the website or contracts are accurate to +/- 1. Sheboygan Monument Co. will attempt to come as close as possible to the listed size however granite is a natural material and 1 is a reasonable and customary variance.
* Memorial Warranty and Guarantee
Sheboygan Monument Co. certifies that your memorial is manufactured from the finest quality stone, and that this stone does not contain hidden flaws that would make it susceptible to cracking or disintegration due to climate or season. However, lithochrome applied to the lettering may fade and is not covered under warranty. We further certify that the carving and workmanship are of the highest quality available. We guarantee to replace or repair, free of all expense to the original purchaser, or to the heirs or representative of the estate of the person(s) memorialized, any stone part of the memorial that may crack or disintegrate due to the effects of climate or season.
